Join us for a discussion with Ali Issa, author of "Against All Odds: Voices of Popular Struggle in Iraq."

Collected from dozens of reports from and interviews with Iraqi feminists, labour organizers, environmentalists, and protest movement leaders, "Against All Odds" presents the unique voices of progressive Iraqi organizing on the ground.

Following the discussion, War on Want and Campaign against Arms Trade will highlight our creative (and effective!) actions against UK militarisation and upcoming opportunities to get involved.
